The newest addition to our Tidewater series of beers featuring locally sourced ingredients. This is not your typical Kolsch. A quarter of the grain bill is comprised of heirloom Indian corn grits grown by Pungo Creek mills on the eastern shore. This adds a rich grainy complexity and a touch of sweet corn while contributing a nice creaminess to the mouthfeel. As is the Benchtop way, this beer is dry hopped with a blend of German and American hops to add another layer of complexity. Did we mention that a portion of every Harmonious Kolsch sold goes to Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation to support childhood musical education. Drink a beer, support the cause. What's more rck and roll than that?
