We make Sly Clyde Cider by using 100% Virginia Apples and exploiting their fully fermentable sugars. Because it's fermented fruit juice, the cider production process shares much more with wine than it does with beer. But we sell it in bottles and cans like beer so you are sure to find it in your favorite bars and restaurants.
Sometimes we ferment our ciders on delicious mint, like our INKJET cider. Sometimes we ferment our ciders with fresh ginger and lemon, packing a deliciously refreshing punch, like CUT & RUN. And sometimes you just want a fresh, clean apple taste like you get in a can of SUBMERSIVE.
